Carina Gosselé, Dirk Mariën and Elke Vandermeerschen are three video artists from Antwerp who regularly work together using the name “eyejacked.”
In their video installation π, commissioned to accompany the theatre group Bronstig Veulen’s travelling production of Georg Büchner’s Woyzeck, rationality and irrationality battle each other on a doubled-sided screen which is filled with the fluid excreted by kidneys. The mass lives, science analyses, parasites invade and feed.
